Ed Foreman - sharing his memories of Jim Garis the first president of the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center.  Foreman introduced the unveiling of a beautiful painting dedicated to his dear friend.

"Storm "Storm on the Trail" by artist, Chad Payne - was unveiled at the Party on the Trail to honor Jim Garis.  Jim was the first president of the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center and "made the Heritage Center what it is today".  This beautiful painting was purchased in his honor by family and friends.  It has been placed in the Garis Gallery of the American West for all to enjoy.


Bob Klemme, Enid, Oklahoma, received 2008 Point Man Award, returned to Duncan to attended this fun event.
