Over an inch of rain fell on Thursday, January 28, followed by dropping temperatures created these images.  However, within a short time ice coated power lines began falling, causing Duncan and surrounding areas to lose their power.  Many lost their eletricity (no heat) on Thursday and by Monday February 1, (4 days later), they still have not had it restored.
