The Chisholm Trail was the only definite trail that existed when millions of Texas Longhorns were driven north to the railhead in Abilene, Kansas. This map shows the route drovers took through what later became the State of Oklahoma. On the reverse side is the Western or Dodge City Trail and its route through Oklahoma.
